I engaged Zoe as my life coach to help me with some anger and emotional issues that I was struggling with .. I found her to be very professional and she has a calm and non judgmental approach to her coaching . I found that she gave me quite ‘ lightbulb’ moments of thoughts that I had never considered before and this helped me to think differently at many points when I was about to ‘ lose it’ over some issues with people and situations.. it is always good to be open to new ideas and methods of expanding your mind and ways to handle your inner turmoils . The coaching and mentoring sessions have been really helpful .
