About Zoe

Zoe has been my mentor for the last 5 years. Zoe has a sales background so she was able to teach me the importance of customer service and how to approach different situations, its true to begin with I was a bit of a cheeky chappy with everyone I came in contact with but Zoe taught me that this would not always work well with everyone and the need to adapt my approach  Zoe has been instrumental in not allowing me to fail in stepping it up and managing others. I am now Branch Manager at 26 and feel so proud of what I have achieved but realise none of this would have been possible without Zoe’s help and guidance.

I had the pleasure of working with Zoe when we were both involved with a project within Tarmac. I found Zoe to demonstrate the skills of an excellent project manager. She has great communication skills and was able to convey some challenging messages to both clients and team members. She demonstrates leadership and vision and is highly organised and efficient. Her background in sales also means that she is adept at negotiating and her experience of managing and leading teams was a bonus to the group. In summary I found her to be highly trustworthy, motivated and tenacious.

Zoe is highly professional with a wide range of skills around business including HR, project management, operations and customer delivery. Her stand out expertise is sales and developing people, starting from training through to sales management and product development. She has a knack for getting under the surface and finding out what makes people tick, then using different strategies to get the best out of them and building a high performing team.

I was coached by Zoe over a period of six months using 2 hour monthly sessions. I think it is important to find a cadence which works for you in your sessions but feel this gave a good balance  of time to try to implement some of the strategies discussed before coming back to debrief on what worked and what didn’t. Zoe is a kind and generous coach who really takes time to get to know her clients to enable her to use their strengths to work on the target areas identified for the coaching. As with any coaching you will get more out the more you bring to the table but Zoe’s positive and gentle attitude encourages a spirit of openness within the room in confidence of total discretion. Her experience and her self- motivated training lead her to have the tools that she needs to be a very successful coach.

I have worked with Zoe on and off for the last six years. Zoe offers me a different perspective and encourages me to think about the business from a new angle.  It was especially interesting during Covid as I run several markets to sell my fruit and veg and at that time people were told to stay at home, I quickly realised I had to switch to my Norfolk in a box business and go to the customer this has worked well for me and also provided an online ordering solution that many found very helpful.

Zoe was my Business Coach for the last 3 years. I ran a small garage and was very competent at fixing vehicles but will be the first to admit I knew nothing about running a business. Zoe provided processes and advised me on rules of being compliant as a business, she also helped me with my marketing and social media to make others aware of my business and what I offer. We spent some time talking about the business and the work that was profitable for me and how to do more of that. We discussed some challenges I had too in dealing with certain situations and I found this useful as Zoe not only encourages you to explore options but helps you with how to go about making it happen.

I was signposted to Zoe by my HR Advisor. My confidence in managing our small family business had been affected by various scenarios during recent years. The sessions with Zoe created an environment where we could talk productively but at ease in order to clearly find a solution. I have been able to practice and be challenged by situations Zoe has presented me. The whole journey has been invaluable and I feel in a much better position both professionally and personally since meeting Zoe at the end of 2023.

It has been an absolute privilege working with Zoe  over the past several months. She is a delight to work with and her commitment, hard work and dedication are inspiring. She is at the same time incredibly intelligent, self- reflective and insightful, empathetic and sensitive and caring of others. She appears to relish taking on difficult challenges and is able to influence people to bring out the absolute best from them. Zoe is willing to take people to a different level and I have learned a lot from her throughout our time together.

I engaged Zoe as my life coach to help me with some anger and emotional issues that I was struggling with .. I found her to be very professional and she has a calm and non judgmental approach to her coaching . I found that she gave me quite ‘ lightbulb’ moments of thoughts that I had never considered before and this helped me to think differently at many points when I was about to ‘ lose it’ over some issues with people and situations.. it is always good to be open to new ideas and methods of expanding your mind and ways to handle your inner turmoils . I highly recommend Zoe as someone to encourage ‘a better version of yourself’ which is exactly what I was endeavouring to achieve with this lady .
